Finalized the structure of the study course on waterfalls and commenced from 2008-2009.

Executive Committee Meetings took place on 01st March, 5th April, 3rd May, 28 June, 26th July, 16th August, 11th October, 30th November in 2003 & 13th March, 24th April, 22nd May, 05th June, 26th August in 2008.

Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 07th June 2008, elected new Executive Committee of LCWF.

Provincial activity programs conducted for the year 2004 in southern province Elpitiya Andahalena Falls, for the Western province at Kaluthara Thudugala Ella and for the Sabaragamuwa province at Kegalle Nalangana Falls.

Waterfalls study tours held at Kalutara Thudugala Ella, Colombo district waterfalls and three day workshop in Sinharaja.
